Shipping policy

We aim at getting all the products delivered to the customer within 2 weeks, even though the average shipping time is much less than that. Depending on where you live, shipping times might differ!

The customer is eligible for a refund if the product hasn´t been sent to a shipping company within 10 business days after completed the purchase, or if the shipping time exceeds 50 business days*.

Shipping prices are currently free and can be seen in the order checkout. We don´t take any responsibility for paying any potential additional custom taxes upon delivery. The parcels are shipped from outside the EU. Depending on where you live, you might have to pay customs fees. Having to pay customs fees is not a valid reason for returning the package, thus no refund can be expected.
